Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a free exchange. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, personal care items that have been opened, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items where we cover the return shipping.
